Mr Kenneth Wilfred Waweru Kihara is the Founding and Senior Partner with
more than 22 years of experience and a record of accomplishment that
includes managing a number of complex, high-value transactions including
mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, privatizations,
competition, data protection and privacy, banking and project finance as
well as tax litigation, procurement disputes, commercial litigation, real estate
litigation, telecommications, oil and gas, insolvency and alternative dispute
resolution. His dedicated focus is on local, multinational and cross-border
transactions including public private partnerships projects, financings,
acquisitions, privatisations, as well as capital markets transactions. He is
also experienced in regulatory compliance.
In addition, Mr Waweru spent a decade working with the United Nations,
specifically the UNHCR Kenya, UNHCR Sudan, Oxfam GB, ARTES, IDLO-Italy
and IFAD-Italy with postings in Europe and the Great lakes region
and horn of Africa particularly in, Sudan, Lesotho, UK, Italy, DR-Congo,
Rwanda, Somalia, Tanzania, Eritrea, Uganda, Iraq and Ethiopia.
